What can I put in the trailer?

General household trash,yard waste, light construction debris, and furniture can be placed in the trailer.Brick, concrete, dirt, rock, and other heavy material hit our weight limit long before the trailer looks full, those need our heavy material rate - reach out and we'll quote it.

What can't I put in the trailer?

Accepted Answer

Tires, car/boat batteries, hazardous materials, paints, or liquids, appliances with freon, and large electronics. All of the items listed above have special disposal requirements. We are happy to help with appliances and large electronics but special fees will be added.

How much does the trailer hold?

Our dump trailer has a capacity of about 16 cubic yards. Rentals include 1.5-2 tons depending on rental length; overage is $100/ton.

Do I need to be home for drop-off/pickup?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not necessarily need to be home or on site for the drop-off or pickup. For unattended drop-offs we collect payment in advance.

Will the trailer damage my driveway?

The trailer should not damage a driveway. It's much less likely because we are not dragging steel across the surface. We place boards under the jack and tonge on request. On hot asphalt or older concrete, let us know and we'll take extra precautions.

What if I need it longer than I booked?

In most cases, this shouldn't be an issue, but there is an additional charge that will be added to your bill.

What happens if I go over the included weight?

If you go over the included weight, we will politely ask that you pay an additional fee or if we have a card on file, we will charge it. To recover our costs and potential wear and tear on the equipment, we will charge an additional $100/ton if you go over the discussed weight.

You can pay here on our secured website. You also have the option of receiving an invoice which can be paid via credit card and several online payment services. Cash is also an option as well.
